Excel Saga. If you don't know it, it's about.......well it's randomness about some girl named Excel Excel trying to take over the world with some guy named Lord Ilpallazzo!
And there are puchus and mars girls, and a dog named MENCHI!
and a school named "Dog Stew High School"
