any one pre-order reach?
I got the limited edition ( cudint afford legendary )

I'm not that excited about it, I'll be an offline participant with the game. Xbox Live really hasn't been that enjoyable, though in privacy it's probably fun.

But... isn't one of the few reasons Halo is good is because of the online component?

the halo reach matchmaking is going to be better, with more sensitive searching to your wants. say you wont to play with people that talk allot or are more serious you can set your preferences to whatever you like.

Doesn't really matter.  I just want the game.  The only thing I regret doing is learning nearly everything about it before it gets released.
Anyway, you are correct! the matchmaking is far better!
Don't get me started on the new forge and firefight

I only ever buy the Bungie games ahead of time unless it actually comes with someone useful ingame and not gimmicky. And even then someone usually sells the pre-order xbox live codes on ebay and then I just buy it that way and save about anywhere from $10 and above like with the Sgt. Johnson add-on character from ODST. I still wish Halo kept all the fun glitches and Easter eggs out-of-level like In Halo 2 where there were literally at least 100 different secrets, and since #2 I just have not seen that inspiration to really play the Halo series as intently as i used to. Speaking of secrets, has anyone else read about how hackers got the Halo Reach code off the xbox.com website and actually have distributed it across some bittorrent websites and that cutscenes and even the legendary ending itself were leaked onto YouTube until Microsoft Corporation got wind of it and removed the videos from YouTube under a copyright claim?

I regret looking up halo reach to much.  I bet I know the whole game already  :'(

And yes dat, I am and have been part of teh coleo's sense...creven had his furst name I believe.  came right after leo I believe.

Ugh, Halo has gotten so over-rated. It's starting to remind me of a watered down Unreal Tournament. v.v But then again, that's a lot of FPS games it seems.

That said, I reviewed the Beta and found out as much as I could about differences between Reach and 3/ODST. It's looking like a decent addition to the series. I know I'll buy it. Tesco have it cheapest right now over here, and I get half price from the manager. Seeing as I'm taller than her, and have embarassing baby photo's that her minions would love
