Nah he's not. There's nothing to indicate that he is. The closest gangster rapper to a furry that I know of is DMX. Snoop just likes being weird.

i like him! i barely listen to any hip-hop or whatever genre i'm supposed to be calling it, but he is one of the top guys at it.
