I don't know if you're going to find one that cheap, but if you are looking for a high quality, yet affordable one, look up ''Feral Works'' they are around 20$ and ship fast + they do custom orders.

Good luck with finding that. Best I can say is check ebay. Other wise the fleece alone to make a hat cost more then that, and that's if you want just one color.
