I don't know any tutorials, but I know one thing.

Mess around. Try loads of different things to get different effects, and never stop messing around. You never know what will come out of it.

Depends on what you want to do in Photoshop. Whether you're just looking for something to explain all the basic buttons, how to make line art, how to color, etc.
