Working on something and I need help...

Alright, I've taken it upon myself to try to make my character's outfit (or something similar in nature) from a long time ago: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y141/fox71484/Forms/FusionAnimeStyle.jpg for reference if you're curious. What I would need left is actually the gloves and the sword, and the sword's going to take a while.

What I'm going to ask is pertaining to the gloves, does anyone have any idea for working 1/8'' thick aluminum? I have enough to work the gloves quite a few times over, I have tools for cutting it, but I can't exactly bend the cut pieces to slightly conform to the back of the hand.

I do work at a machine shop, depending on how much you're willing to pay we can probably forge such an item. PM me if you're interested. Usually the only thing we require is what the aluminum type is called, dimensions, and how the parts fit in together on a diagram like if for example welding and other methods of metal bending are needed.
