Nabi's scribbles
« on: April 23, 2010, 03:48:33 AM »
This is how my best furry work looks at the moment... I haven't been working much on it recently so most of it's just sketches I did today.

Still, I'm quite pleased with it for now, and good work inspires more  o.O

Did these when I was tired on a reciept for something:

These three "happened" at school today... Surprisingly, not a particularly slow day either.

These I drew during a hideously loud volleyball tournament. We were strictly forbidden to leave the stadium even though the noise was enough to make you sick. The one in the bottom left corner was drawn by my freind when he was explaining how to do chaos.

These are the chibi of my fursona, I'm pleased with how they turned out, even though I was pioneering colour pencils at the time ^-^

Feedback is always appreciated  :P
I'm guessing the mystery girl is some kind of root vegetable.

That first chibi one is really quite good. Rather well drawn and shaded, good work.
"Parents always think kids are wasting their youth, and always have done [so] down through the millennia," says Tom Forsyth of RAD Game Tools. "'That Ug, always holding things. His front paws will develop in funny ways. Why can't he walk on all fours like normal proto-hominids?' And so, whatever the kids spend the most time doing, that's always what parents think is a waste of time, and what is corrupting their lives. It doesn't matter what that is. If all they did was homework, parents would be worrying that their kids aren't becoming well-rounded people. And, in fact, parents do this - enrolling math nerds in karate classes and the like. There is no way to win - parental paranoia ensures that kids are always doing the wrong thing."

I like the sideways one, of the two characters hugging in the doorway. Just wish it wasn't sideways. :P

It's probably a sign that I've got my muse back, but I did these over the weekend:

A freind came over and we drew to Radiohead (Glad my dad encouraged me to listen to them), almost attaining a dreamworld:

Then I went to his house and drank too much coffee. I was practically reduced to feral form:

And Zephyr? Rotated and enhanced  ^_^

I'm guessing the mystery girl is some kind of root vegetable.

second picture shows, you're getting better

More pictures! These will need some explaining  o.O

These are just doodles I did on a bit of refill. The one on the left is a product of me getting up to late and going to school sleepy, the one on the right is later on in the day when I got annoyed at our school for demanding we mix with those we don't like. The paper in front of me had to be censored, I don't want Zephyr ripping my face off ^-^

This one's of Suraikama, from IMVU. I don't know why I drew it, probably boredom as usual.

My first rendered piece! Despite my dreadful photoshopping skills I'm quite pleased, and will be using it as my avatar ^-^

I'm guessing the mystery girl is some kind of root vegetable.

I like the drawing where it looks like you blasted a pac-man ghost while trying to read with a Dragonball Z move without really putting much effort in the attack XD. I also like your photoshopping power to burn down a city and still smile about in a business man suit.

I seriously wasn't into it today. I'm not sure why I was feeling so unhappy but it did produce some good work.

The top two pictures are quite pleasing. The one on the left is from Maths. You can guess how I was feeling at that point.

The one on the right is awesome. My english teacher was failing to control his class, and I drew him doing it. He was clearly feeling stressed, so I showed it to him, and he smiled and complimented me. I'm glad I brightened his day  ^_^

The one down the bottom doesn't need explaining.

This is a picture  I did of Bioboy on IMVU. It's all right, could be better.
I'm guessing the mystery girl is some kind of root vegetable.

I like the bottom picture the most where your character is on the chain collar. Looks quite relaxed and yet he's still locked up behind some brick walls :o

Those bricks are really good. I can't draw bricks like that. I lack the patience.

The bioboy is awesome too.

Big update today. Did two yesterday but my scanner went on strike. I've beaten it into submission, though and this is the result:

Same sunset, two locations

That strange girl keeps popping up in my work... Who is she?

My take on Gabag. I hope you like it, Gabag ^-^

Me and my famed midnight apple ^-^ I really am vain....
I'm guessing the mystery girl is some kind of root vegetable.
