"The Strogg: soulless fusions of decaying flesh, bones and metal, twisted and ruined by centuries of war. They search the galaxy for the sole item their existence requires, harvesting, consuming and destroying everything in their path. And now, they have arrived…here! These are the enemy...and we are fighting for the survival of Earth. Welcome to the GDF, soldier! Please fill out these papers and you'll be ready for action." Your Drill Sergeant ends your final orientation and hands you a piece of paper:

Also I don't want 4 snipers and one tech, so try to balance yourselves out. If you want a specific weapon you'll have to PM me first.)
Upon signing the papers you are quickly escorted to a shuttle to an undisclosed location off-world. You know your comrades like you were brothers and they are all headed to the same place. Finally, after what seems like a lifetime the shuttle's doors open and you find yourselves aboard the USS Hannibal. You are all escorted to a briefing room where you and your comrades are assigned to help guard a newly captured Strogg compound.
This is where your story begins...
"The Human food feels they can take whatever they like, huh? Send a Harvester in to deal with them. They will know what it truly means to fight the Strogg!." A haunting laugh fills the chamber as a massive dark figure gives his command. Soon the compound would be in Strogg hands again.
Anyone who wishes to be Strogg must fill out the GDF form in the OOC and then PM me the same form, except in orange.

Standard RPing rules apply. Only one character per player. There is a 3 line minimum for posts. Everyone gets 3 warnings before being thrown out. Unfortunately, there is a list of some players who'll have one strike already against them as a cautionary note ((I'm sorry it had to be this way, but I want this RP to go smoothly)) There is, however, an added bonus to playing by the rules, good sportsmanship, and descriptive posts. Anyone who has exceeded the norm will, later in the game, be allowed to become, what I call, a Botchjob.
A Botchjob, is a screwup in the Stroggification Process. There are 2 types and I am only allowing one of each.
Paragon-You were a captured soldier for the GDF and have undergone most of the Stroggification Process. Key word being most. You were saved before your neurocyte was activated and you are still human in mind and soul. You are faster, stronger, more accurate, and are able to interact with and infiltrate Strogg systems. You are Mankind's last hope.
Guardian-You have been a Strogg for a while now and you serve faithfully. Unfortunately, you have fallen whilst on the battlefield and have been brought back to be recycled. Not much of a Botchjob? Well it turns out that when you were first Stroggified, the scientist in charge overlooked a genetic anomaly in your DNA. You are capable of far more than the simple tasks given to you. Now fitted with the best of prototype armor, a rechargable energy shield, a brand new exoskeleton, and the latest in Strogg weaponry, you are humanity's worst nightmare.
Note that this is a HIGH casualty war and I will be choosing one character to go down in battle at an average of once per month. GDF forces can bring their fellows back to the USS Hannibal to be revived, but it may not suceed. All Strogg will be recycled 5 times before being considered useless and turned into Stroyent. If you are GDF you can switch over to Strogg while using the same character. Strogg on the otherhand cannot be switched over and you'll have to build a new character to be GDF.
Note the story, you will all know eachother and be stationed at the same base. You are not allowed to tell anyone that you are going to be Strogg, that is to remain a surprise until the Harvester attacks.
