You need to properly understand my metaphysics but I guess a simple answer would be yes, but there not other dimensions, they're other planes. Basically, a universe is inside a plane, a dimension is an alternate universe within the same plane. So it's more than transdimensional.

A creature that looks like a grey fox walks in wearing a black military style uniform with silver buttions. The uniform is of an old issue and the creature carries himself in a military fashion. He walk over to a chair and sits down looking about before speaking with a German accent. "Gutentag. My name is Tier. I found this place not too long ago... I am not interupting anything am I?"
