Uh... I don't remember my arms being taken off and attached to the back of my shoulder blades... but I can try to use the muscles at the base of these things, despite rhe fact that they're not my arms...
*Stands in place and starts to gently flap, moving about two feet off the ground.*

Wings are not all one solid mass, you know. There are support structures inside them; aka, bones. And there is an arm-like design to these bone structures; hence them being called wing arms. They're also a tertiary set of limbs; so of course you must treat them as such. Now allow me a second, and I should have your sprain all patched up. *I wave a hand over Cifero's forearm and an energy pulses from my hand* There, you should be all fixed up. Just be very careful with it for the next three days.
