Now I think I get it.  Silly macid used a red vs blue reference.

See, the one blue dude named church was blown up by shila the scorpian tank and caboose was driving so he was the one blamed for his team killing death.  Church takes over robots so it seems hes alive.   When really, church is the super AI from a background thing from episodes from the future.  Though, church should have been killed by the emp, hes still around and will be in the new halo reach saga
