Interesting idea, but it wouldn't quite fit. In this season, generally the wind starts picking up a bit again, especially in the second half. Thunderstorms mostly disappear, but the rain sure doesn't. It also tends to cool down quite a bit over the course of the season (though it won't be as low as it'll be in Wilt).
