An NE555P running in Schmitt-trigger modus.

It sounds complicated, but all it is a little circuit that uses an IC's flip-flop to toggle an LED on and off with the press of a button.

The worse part is that it took me two hours to get it one... -.-

No, it's more filled with maximum ratings, temprature coefficients, pinouts, application schematics, etc. I don't think it says anything about a cat in there...

And, yeah. Some cats are just assholes, and some cats are soo sweet that they actually go out and seek out people to hang out with. :P
