For me it's really quite clearly noticable in both my behaviour, and preformance.

I bet that if I change my steam profile to Chezana's fursona, I will just become some sort of demon, for example...

Oh, that'd happen...

There is a tremendous amount of bias behind Cheza's name. If I'd dress up as her on TF2, that'd just become down right dangerous!

But at the same time, it'd be kinda epic to have that much bias, really...

I think if I'd really look into it, it'd make more sense to say that if I "dress up" as Cheza, I'll subconciously know that I'm representing her, and will thus be pushed into preforming better, in order to "keep her name high" or something.

Something similair to that actually happened to me before!
