Yes, I'm with the Ebonheart Pact.
I've never played a Dark elf tho. Only Nords and Argonians.
Not because I don't like Dark elves, but because the other races better fit my play style.


And yeah, it's buy-to-play these days.
With some optional premium stuff, but at least last I tried, it was possible to play the game just fine without them.
