Meme is a big word tho. Was more a sort of overy random thing...

Soo, on college we're getting this mandatory class wich is basically some redirected thing that's meant to teach old people how to use computers. I don't care about it. Especially since I already know how to use computers. And even the stuff I don't know (for MS Word an Excel, and stuff) I can just google within five minutes.

Buut, no. Instead of doing that I'm here spending almost an entire day filling in these completely bs assignments about computer stuff, because I HAVE to. (If I don't want to fail this semester.

Was meant to but it something crazy like 200 pages down in an assignemt's word document to see if the (german) ECDL teacher would find it, but decided not to do it, as I didn't want to be embarrased by making a grammar mistake, or something.

And, no. Google translate does not help. It's bad at grammar...

I'm actually not sure if my way of saying it is correct.
I learned it from a friend who was studying German, who heard it from one of her friends who's a native German speaker from Austria.
And as I've never studied German myself, I don't really know much beyond that there's bound to be differences between German from Germany and German from Austria (and German from anywhere else. Because that's just how languages work.)


It's spelled pinguin, and my friend pronounced it in some weird way that left the N at the end pretty much silent.
Like "Pingu-ii"
Google translate claims it should be pronounced "pingu-in" tho.


In short, it's gone through a lot of middle hands, so chances are I'm completely wrong and I have no idea how to say it after all! xP
I now seriously hope I'll never find myself in a life-or-death situation where everything hangs on me being able to tell a bunch of Germans where the penguin is. >->'

Honestly, I think if you pronounced is as either "pinguing" or "pengu" it wouldn't make a lot off diffirence.

There aren't any words in german that resemble those sounds.

Exactly that.    It's great how that can apply to nearly every conversation in some way. The boys wrote a story... and, as they did so, they made a scene.. the flex tape guy kidnapped Jake and his friend, intending on killing them eith FLEX SEAL and I think there were several bodies and a girl in his basement. Which, in turn, they used the girl's leggings to trip the man down the stairs, then Jake kicked him. The end.

Too bad I haven't gotten any good memes from school... Only "harlem shakes" from highschool. Myep. I participated into that... >_>

Even worse, I was the guy initiating it. As me, dancing on top of a table, with a backpack over my head. I visibly almost fell off of the table halfway, but corrected myself and kept dancing like nothing before. Too bad I don't have the video of that anymore...

Then I came to highschool wearing a full face gasmask. History teacher made a bet with me that I couldn't keep it on for the entirety of the class. But, the gasmask had a drinking tube on it, soo he lost.

Then I casually put a pocket radio on my table during geometry class, plugged it into my headset and began listening to music. Teacher was soo impressed she had to take a picture.

Then I used a school's computer to prank a classmate, and the school's administration called the cops on me for "hacking" the server.

Aahhhh... Good times!
