Generally it goes the other way around, unless "Leaving the match because he was too good" is a rephrase from "getting VAC'ed for cheating".

If you kill a lot more enemies compared to anyone else, Arma 3 has a thing that tells you to stop so others can have a shot. He waited around for a while to the point of boredom and left.

Oh, and why there's a basic panel at the TF2's report funcion bar, in wich you can fill out why you're reporting the player. (But no, it doesn't include "Because he's a noob")

Kinda makes me wonder what's the deal with dota, when you hear about how the TF2 community made G.E.W.P, or Gibus (noob) engineer wildlife protection service...

New DotA 2 players tend to get reported by older players on secondary accounts for "intentionally feeding themselves to the enemy". But there's no reason "Cheating by spamming their ultimate skill whilst they shouldn't be able to". Then again, I'm not good enough at DotA 2 to come across cheaters.

However, ranked matches are completely rigged. Someone is just advertising for rank boosts in location chats and Valve is taking 0 action against that.

There's been a weird thing happening in TF2 aswell, with those "Cat-bots"...

Basically, some guy made a bunch of bots, gave them all aimbot, and programmed them to go on matches and headshot everybody while they advertise themselves in chat.

They're saying stuff like "Just disable VAC", "Rename yourself cat-bot and the bots won't shoot you", and sending out a discord server link for people with questions.

I still don't know what's his motivation behind it tho...

The bots themselves seem to be having trouble, now. They can't seem to succesfully join servers anymore, almost as if some sort of bug is preventing them from joining. So, that thing ended much quicker than was expected aswell, but still weird...
