Dandelion tea is great too.
Kinda bitter from what I recall, but so is coffee and that's good too.
Used to make my own herb teas (like, head out, pick stuff, hang them to dry for a couple of weeks, stuff them into jars, crush up a spoon or two to mix up in hot water) before I moved to a more urban area, so I've probably drank my way through half a forest and a bunch of meadows at this point. FOR SCIENCE!
Tho funnily enough, I've yet to try and make tea out of apple tree leaves despite there being plenty of them in my grandparents garden.
Same with cherry and plum trees. Probably doesn't have any health benefits, but at least they shouldn't be unsafe to ingest.
