From personal experience, I can always reccomend you to go into the woods, maybe bring a camera, or strolling somewhere else interesting. Or, perhaps doing an interesting sport/hobby with a little community side behind it... (I know Michen goes to church. Like, that's cool for an example!)

Well, I think the art is cool.  I'll probably post it in my (horribly neglected) art thread soon.  But I wanted Polaris to see it first. Since it's a picture of him.

It's weird, but if it feels like someone else did it, then I know it's good enough

But I do always enjoy being able to just look at the end result.  So I'm really glad it's...

I still need to blow the dust off my pencils but I need all the digital experience I can get anyway.

I'll try to dedicate as much time as I can to it tomorrow... But, this is still a study... Wich, soo far, to me, is basically a really fancy way of saying "Just F around untill you get something right, then rinse and repeat untill something happends, and learn from the result and how astronomically much it deviated from your expectations..."

Yeah, studies are funny...


I guess, it takes me a few goes at drawing a species before i feel like I have a feel for it and specific characters are even more elusive.  I think it wasn't until my third of fourth version of Trixsie that I felt like I knew her.


So yeah, I think the rinse and repeat thing is about right.  Like doing 5 drawing then throwing out the first 4.
