It is a subcategory of toys, but the category is called "Fidget spinner" rather than just "Toy made out of plastic" or whatever else vague definition most other items have.
Like, when I got my fursuits, those ended up going under "Masquerade costume".
This is kinda as if they had added a separate category for Fursuits under whatever category I found that subcategory.

But yeah, costums are weird...

In my country, my airsoft guns were defined as "Sporting goods" even though they are actually illegal in my country, and require an exemption to own.
