Now now... Sugar isn't bad for you, provided you have the right kind. It's the processed sugar in sweet foods (sucrose) that causes problems. Glucose, on the other hand, is essential!

Well, yeah, sugar isn't bad for you. But the crazy amount that they throw in food kinda is.

Whenever you're at a supermarket, just for lolz, check out how much suger is in a pack of icetea, or a pack of winegums. And make shure you read the "per *** grams" part.

My ma always told me to do that, but I never bother. Only recently I've taken a look, and I can tell you, I'll never touch icetea again...

Icetea has approx 8 grams / 100 ml.

Doesn't sound bad, untill you realise that there's 1,5 liters in a pack.

8x15= 120 grams of chugar. GDA of an adult male is 120 grams.

So that's you're daily reccomended amount of chugar covered with only one pack of icetea...
