Depends... It's not bad and there is a bunch of stuff to see. And it's pretty cheap if you're from the West. But you can only do so much. And not everyone speaks English.

Depends on the summer. Sometimes only 20, sometimes up to 25-28. It's a bit on the warmer side I think.

If you start picking hotels and such, it'll get expensive rather quickly.

But most small campings / marinas are really quite allright here!

I'm not too concerned about that. Even though Poland is 'in the east', I would love to check it out sometime. Besides, nobody cared that we went to Germany or Denmark once.
