There was a bit of exploit you could use to do it but it was still an absolutely nightmarish grind.
I don't want to think about the grind players that can't use it anymore will have to face...

Not sure if it'll land me amongst the elite, but it's still a nice little achievement in its own way.



This has taken me about a year or so of extreme grinding, and been  in progress for almost 5 years in total, on and off.
In fact, I've planned it so that I'll reach my goal exactly on the 5-year mark.
It's a fun little thing that amuses me.

I feel like the corvette was worth my slightly unfair grind.

But it is rather cruel because the corvette is soo awesome it's basically worth anything.

But once you're talking the level of grinding required to aqcuire it the legitimate way, then it starts getting redicoulous. And many people have complained about this, soo I hope it's gonna change.

And that grind is only mentioning the naval rank you need to be allowed to buy it. Not the actual 400 million dollars a viable build costs.


But holy shit, Cheza, are you genuinly talking about a five year grind here?

Not a pure 5 year grind, but something I've been chipping away at whenever I've felt like it.
Only this last year have it slipped over into obsessive grinding.
There are people who have achieved the same thing in (less than) one year, even before the xp-rates became what they are today.
I would do the proper math to see just how many hours this "should take", but I'm too stupid for stuff like that.
All I know is that it'll take me ~5 days to get the last ~20m xp I need,
