Cool.  Logic is awesome, but it can be confusing.


It does help once the symbols become automatic.  I found it really useful that my lecturer had natural language equivalents to operators so that he could read an argument aloud and I could think about it that way too.


So (I have to ask) do you use Polish notation or reverse Polish notation? :P

No idea what these two are :O we're using the standard English one for the most part because we have foreign students that learned that way. I think at least. Also the natural language equivalents can be confusing. OR for example.

Yes, OR is counter intuitive to the common usage (which is XOR).


The natural language versions of things were most helpful when quantifiers are involved.
