Actually, my mother uses the oven for that... And it's not working so well anymore. After a long time, the chicken seemed well done on the outside, but was still part raw on the inside.

Not talking the entire chicken at once of course. And frying pan is quicker I think. Easiest way is to cut it into cubes. Then just stir it for 10 minutes on the pan and it's good. Of course some salt, pepper and wherever you like
