YES. The cold is an light illness caused by a virus, not by standing outside in the rain at 5C without jacket. Snow leopards, however, do seem to be a lot less vulnerable to the disease than humans are.

Because despite it not being caused by cold, the cold helps in getting you infected in a way. Which means snoleos had to develop better immune systems
