Oh right... Well keyboard isn't working when windows turns on, but it does for bios. And mouse the same. Didn't format the pc so the drivers should be installed if any were necessary.
My pc broke and I reinstalled windows just now.

More info. I got a generic USB mouse, it turns off in the middle of the system booting up. Guessing keyboard does the same... I'll Google.
