HE, all my life I've been getting less and less sleep. It just started happening near 10. Never felt any damage.

And I would like it to change. I feel like I'm missing out. The max I can sleep *I've tried* is like, and hour a day. Not bad, but... I feel like ... I dunno.

And I'd say insomniac, but there has to b a reason. Mine was comfortable and gradual. Like slowly dipping into a hot bath.
