Not aim bot, aim assist. It doesn't aim for you, but greatly helps. When you are moving the crosshair towards the body its a bit faster, if you're trying to move it away its slower. And if the target moves slightly it moves with it.

Aim assist is in everything nowadays  :(
Although "aimbot" is a console command you can download from the internet but you'll get banned if you're caught using it.

Not really. You have to have a bit of savings to play new pc games. I didn't pay that much for my pc, below 1k$ and it runs fallout 4 in 60fps... And it was bought 4 or 5 years ago.
