couple things Michen, I wrote them down on the first part of my journal. If I write them down, I won't be as sad or depressed - more time to be my cheerful, playful self. In real life I also write them on a notebook - I can smile and enjoy the day.


when another fur feels saddened, I try to reach over and comfort.
