Simply kill them, and when you get to shadow/light room, stick to the shadow, also be aware of traps in the shadow.

I am having a problem killing them when there are multiple.
I am using the following loadout:

*Nightingale blade
*Healing magic
*Nightingale armor
*My unrelenting force shout is at Fus-Ro

Anything i should change?

If you have any bows i would advise using them for sneak attacks.

And if you have fire breath use that instead of Fus-Ro

Hope it helps. Remember to line the enemies so that you hit multiple at a time with Fire Breath.
