I watched  Revenge of the Sith last night. One of my favorites among the prequels. The original trilogy is still my favorite. Probably my favorite movies of all time.

I love them all.  I forgive the flaws, but I still see them.  I am keen to try Machete order as a movie marathon and I'm still trying to find a prequel fan-edit I like.  So far the ones I've seen are more about which bits the editor liked than attention to story beats and such.

TBH I'm more likely to be butthurt over OT changes than the PT.  The former feels like drawing a mustache on the Mona Lisa whereas the second is just doing a digital portrait of Mona Lisa's mother :D

Although there are things about the Prequels trilogy (PT) which bug me, I still enjoy them.  I even like several of Jar Jar's scenes.  However, the series of ongoing changes to the Original trilogy (OT) do annoy me, like

adding No. no. no .NOOO! to Vader's moment of redemption when he throws the Emperor into the Death Star's reactor chasm as though looking back and forth between Luke and Palpatine before taking action doesn't convey his inner turmoil enough

Oh yeah, I've heard the edits to the originals kind of made them not as good. I wouldn't know. All I know is I've watched the originals (or the edits) so many times. Great stuff.
