My family got so used to me ranting, they think I'm ranting about things when I'm not.
Much of the time when I rant about something, I'm actually exaggerating for conversation purposes. I don't actively look for things to rant about, I just run into or think of something that annoys me, and I pick at it to "shoot the shit".
