Hey technical question.  I'm working on an alt fursona.  But I don't think that's the correct term.  She's not intended as an alternative to Trixsie so much as a sidekick.


What would you call that in the Furriverse?

Not much you can do without convincing evidence to the contrary, if you've made some nice brony friends in RL you could introduce them to your mum (without saying they're bronies) have her like them and THEN lay it on her, or if you go to a pony forum that's reasonable in terms of content you could show her that as some evidence.

You should tell her about rule 34.  That way anything she sees she doesn't like you can say "oh that's just rule 34, not all Bronies are like that"
