Okay according to all quotes I checked - UPS and Fedex = $750

USPS = $300

So USPS would be the best option for international shipping. As for the $1000 I said, in order to guarantee I have everything required for unexpected requirements like: VESA Screws, Anti-Static Foam, Safety Packaging, Surge Protector (Required because that's the easiest way to secure both the monitor and power supply cables *unless you want two holes for those cables*), metal plating that I have to put together with a drill, tap, and screws to secure the hard drive, graphics card, cooling, and the motherboard itself.
