I have nothing against religious people or religions, but I think they shouldn't play a that big part of today's society and that they shouldn't be forced on people... I'm a lot happier to identify with my current religion than I am with the one I was born into.

Most religions still encourage some form of violence and/or discrimination against certain people x-x

Certain forms of Buddhism is also pretty discriminating (not sure if it was all of it or just some certain branch of it), since according to them women can't reach Nirvana and they aren't allowed to go close to certain sacred places during pilgrimages, even tho most people seem to think that that one is only about sitting under a tree trying to reach enlightenment... >_>

And if Buddhism really was all that that they make it seem to be, I'd happily have given up all my belongings and joined a remote monastery far away from the cares of the world, but not if I'd have to sit there and wonder about what I did wrong because I was born as a woman and not a man >_<

Gender roles.

We can REALLY learn from our video game counterparts...

Specifically EQ, (TW0, mind you) where gender isn't even an issue whatsoever, excluding mating, of course. (heck, even then, characters don't judge)

It's one of the reasons I love this game.

Silliness aside, we really need to get over this "gender role" stuff, it's archaic and inconvenient, like the Imperial measurement system.

People should be allowed to be and do whatever it is they want to be or do.. But once again, stuff -has- to be forced on people >_> (Was considered a failure since I preferred my Gameboy over my dolls and to wear "male" clothes :'P And I still do...)

But luckily for all of us a lot of the game companies are pretty supportive in this =^-^= There are no genders at all in Minecraft xP
