I jsut talked to a guy and asked him something like that.

"We like you as a great Staff for our TF2, Gmod, And (Mod) Xbox servers... It's just man, not me, but the majority of the community is not a fan of your sheer amount of energy and randomness you have."

Yeah, once i get my fuff settled in and my giggles out, i'm just pretty good.
I refused the admin powers on many of theyre servers because i simply dont have the games.
