I'm guilty of that too xP

Most of the time I'm unlucky enough to get itchy at the worst possible moments, like when running through a dungeon in ESO and I'm in charge of keeping the team alive (because healer and stuff).
Usually I end up being all, "Ok, nothing can go wrong now, just need a second to scratch my neck", and then right as I look away someone aggroes some kind of really nasty high-level monster, I end up panicking and hit the wrong keys, everyone dies and my life is ruined.
In that situation I guess it'd be better to just deal with it, but that's not too good either if you've got tons of things to keep track of at the same time... Or well, I know I have a hard time with that when I'm itchy.

So I guess there's no real foolproof solution to tackle the issue.. >->'

Awh no! It's always the worst when you got a team counting on you as well when it happens  > <    Maybe the best solution would be to have a dedicated underling who's job is to scritch any itches...  Although I get the feeling that's starting to eek too close to being a bit of an evil gaming overlord
