Alright, so I'm only 5 at the time, and it's the family reunion.
Well, I had made some new friends, right?
Well, being 5, I liked to play with sticks and dirt and stuff, like any other 5 year old.
So me and my friends, who were probably my cousins or something, we played tag, but with sticks.
Not the most inventive game, but whatever.
It was getting late, and I guess that I was the only person whose parents didn't have go to bed, so I went looking for a big stick to use in the morning.

Lo and behold, I found a GIANT stick.

Like anyone my age, my first reaction was to pick it up and swing it around.
It was dark, though, and I didn't see that HORNETS WERE BUILDING A FLIPPING NEST ON IT.
At first, I thought I was on fire, and stop, dropped, and rolled. Looking back, I probably crushed a bunch of the bees stinging me.

Well, once I got to the camper I was sleeping in, my parents took a hose and sprayed me, making all the bees fly off or fall.
I still have a spot in my hand where we never got the stinger out, you can see it through my skin to this day.

And that, my friends, is the bee story.

Wow... Yeah that's bad... But I still want to point out again. Bees are good. Bees don't do that. Wasps do. And hornets do a lot. Just saying. Don't hate bees for that

*dirty mind is dirty* anyway... My dad fell into some kind of wasp nest when he was a child too. Now he doesn't feel wasp stings anymore. Got immune to the toxin thing they make. Not really useful. But it's there
