Yes, I have. I do it every once in a while, but nowadays I only do it when I'm unable to draw with my tablet for one reason or another.

Ok, so I was wondering, do you have any recommendations on how to create a good out line, or how to get rid of the white background so you could get a nice out line, or something along those lines.

It depends on the size of the file, you know. If you have an image that's 3000x3000 it takes a heck of a lot more memory than something 1500x1500 or 800x800. It isn't always necessary to work large.
