Lol I'm the same way, but laptop helps . Do you like using laptops when you are out and about?

Yeah, but they need power. I tend to have something I can get online with. Dependant on where I am on Campus I sometimes carry my laptop, if not I always have my phone with me.

Well netbooks last a looooong time and if it's just for internet that sounds just right for ya! My Asus Eee 1000HE lasts about 5 hours on average . Pretty darn cheap too, I got it for $350 after the 2GB ram upgrade and the carrying case came with it for free along with a USB mouse.

My fingers are too big to type on them, plus I don't remember the last time I had that amount of money available to spend as I wanted.

The Asus Eee 1000HE has a keyboard that is 92% the size of an original keyboard, this one isn't one of those cruddy little mini ones. Really great buy if you could manage to get the money for it .

I live in the South West, I'm south of Wales, even when I'm in my hometown, it's not "down".

But I have been to Wales several times, including the North of Wales.
