I'm not sure if you want a fursuit head or a mask/hat(?)
With only $60,- you won't get someone to make it for that cheap, is what I know about the subject. Unless you are willing to make it yourself, but even then I am not entirely sure how much it would cost.

Heads are one of the -if not
the most- expensive parts of a fursuit in general.
But a mask/hat is very likely possible
So did you mean a mask/hat for your fursuit then?
