Hello everyone. 


Pleasure to, potentially, meet you all. My name's Xionist, 19 years of age and currently in between college and high school as I am waiting for the next quarter's registration to start. I'm somewhat new and somewhat experienced to the fandom. Never had any friends irl to share it with, and I am just dreadful at expressing myself. Not to mention I also find it difficult to meet new people, online and off. Huzzah!

What are some of your hobbies?

The standard kind of thing people with too much time are into. I've a long list of video games I enjoy playing spanning through various consoles. I own many novels that I enjoy reading more than once. I have a small piano keyboard that I practice on occasion. Usually somewhere near my laptop and when nobody is around, haha. Actually, scratch my earlier statement. Despite my collection of games, I find myself spending most of the day refreshing various tabs on chrome. Facebook and the such. I could go on, but that's basically the general gist of what I do to kill time.

But what are your favourite games to play? And what kind of novels do you find yourself reading more than once?

Out of the ones I own on console, I really enjoy playing LoZ: Wind Waker/Twilight Princess. Paper Mario: TTYD is also one you'll find that I'll still play over and over. Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean is also on that list along with Okami, Resident Evil 4, FFXII, Fable, and the list goes on but you get the idea.


Things I play on the computer are mostly MMOs. The only ones I really play nowadays are Runescape and Tera. I also play Minecraft sometimes, and I have some games on Steam. Such as Skyrim, Fable III, Dont Starve, Terraria, and Civ IV.


Currently I am re-reading the Eragon series, but I also own Artemis Fowl, Ender's Game, Dune, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and Doom(Yes, there is a book series).


I also spend my free time RPing on a separate RP forums.

Aha, a fellow Artemis Fowl reader
It's been a long time since I've met one

I know right? How have people never heard of Artemis Fowl? It's nearly impossible to hate, so I can't see people reading it and not liking it.

I am actually not a fan of Artemis Fowl as it stands. I read it years ago and dropped it out of disinterest, but I did also start reading Harry Potter and Eragon around the same time, early 2006. I was late to the fiction scene, I spent my entire childhood reading non-fiction otherwise, generally stuff on animals and technology.

Either way, have a belated welcome to the forums fellow Washingtonian. I'm down in Clark County, as it stands. I lived in Pierce and King counties for most of my life, however. Anyway, I do hope you enjoy your time here. Don't be afraid to contact any member of the staff team if you have any questions. c:
