I'm sorry but when it comes to rant advice, I feel you guys shouldn't post possible negative things.
Sleeping is good, if you feel stressed, but don't do it a lot, that isn't good.
Eating food, isn't good.
Burning/breaking not good.
Getting drunk, very bad.
Good things now
Art related, very good way to express yourself in a positive way.
Talking to friends, good (if you have close friends)
Sometimes a good rant will make you feel better.
Always look to the brighter side, that's all you can ever do sometimes
