Oh we do care! I suppose though it's hard to show care for something we, as end users, don't notice directly other than in sudden increase (or decrease) in performance.

But people show that they care by frequenting and participating on the site. The knowledge that you have a site a lot of people like to visit and socialize on should be all you need. Yeah though, people can be very ungrateful sometimes.

The switch-over to the new systems will take place between 2 and 7am GMT on 24th February 2014. For this to happen, power will be cut. During this time the services will be unavailable for 30-60 minutes starting at 2am, no other problems should occur.

All services should be back online by 4am but the entire period is to be considered at risk.

This maintenance has now been completed.
