Yeah, I believe it inhabits the person and also gives the strength & channels their powers through the person they're in.
Well, I believe that's for Koara to decide. :P But I'm sure Blackout will be accepted anyway if he wishes to join.

Ha. I just noticed that the end of my post in the RP sounded sort of like a line in the play for "A Christmas Carol" (which I see every year). "That was their greeting." "Their conversation." "Their parting." Or something to that effect. It just reminded me of it when I read it over.

Anyways yes that is the general idea is that the spirit lends them power but you have to remember every spirits goal is to obtain their power once more to become their true selves, keep that in the back of your mind.
