Celebrating my B-Day. Guess what happened:
 I just watched a seemingly homeless man run from the cops after stealing from a Kroger. It just happened. He ran out the parking lot, down the road, onto the interstae, and jumped over the little seperating thing lol.
They eventually caught him and brought him back to the parking lot arresting him.

Runnin' outa sigs...
