Not really, the existence of time evaluates a series of three dimensional snap shots, (time very well could be quantum) so really time is quite set in the present. The map of time can be represented as a funnel that expands as it goes closer to the future, which kind of shows the possibilities that could be spread out through time.
Though, the concept of time does exist, but it could be said that, if time was quantum, that time has no forwards or backwards, it's just screenshots of the 3D realm that move, but we're not moving in a shape, we're just moving. Uh... hard to explain, but it's probably wrong anyway, because it's just taking bisections of time and...
