<-- is very shy too, so shy, in fact, that she doesn't want a job with too much talking to customers cuz you have to answer questions and deal with their problems or if they're in a bad mood...I have so much of an issue with that stuff that it really works me up and stresses me out...I used to almost cry when I'd explain why I was absent from school to the secretary (and this was in high school too).
