"ha, the noice" Light says "sorry for not intreducing myself im Lightstone, and my first days where a bit noicy too, but after a while you dont mind it"

Mary agreed: "Yeah, it takes a while. The noise is a part of the city, especially in its center. I've been here for several weeks already, and I'm pretty much settled in."

[Rayleonarde]

Ray nodded. "Hopefully...hopefully I can settle too." He had a flash of a thought, not nearly as debilitating as the last, shook his head and headed towards his room.  Ray fumbled with the door a minute, finally got it unlocked and entered quickly. The door slammed shut, and the lock clicked audibly.

light says quitely to Mary so that Ray couldnt hear it "i think something the matter with him"

Mary mumbled: "Maybe. Hard to say. But, he doesn't appear to like strangers... or any that ask difficult questions, at any rate. But I don't think we should judge him for that."

Ray moved his bag to the center of the room, popping it open with his foot. He withdrew his clothes and folded them neatly beside the leather case. Only two sets of clothes and a change of underwear. He removed his coat, revealing the simple blue t-shirt he wore, the burn scars up and down his arms, and the medical information bracelet he got from his time in the hospital. Beneath that, however, lay a secret, second bracelet. Though most of the ink had rubbed away, 'psych ward' was clearly printed on the soft blue plastic.

Mary continued: "And even if we knew THAT he might still be hiding something... Gaia may know what, if that's true."

[lightstone]

"anyway we should mind our own bisnuis, i also dont wanna tell about my past so mysteries afloat"

Mary shrugged. "Your choice. I'm gonna look for universities." She entered her apartment and started searching universities on science nearby.

"good luck" *Light also went to his room and on his laptop*

Obviously, Mary found some educations- But... Still she had no idea where to go. Should she study chemistry, biology or more like physics? She knew she never was good at physics, so a lot of them already fell away.

"why not all" lightstone said as if he can red minds though mary was thinking out loud

Mary kept checking and as educations gradually fell away she ended up with chemistry after all. Though... at what level and with what specialty?

Mary finally decided and said just a little too loud: "Advanced biochemistry, of course!"
